Legs For Life® is a national screening program dedicated to improving the cardiovascular health of the community.

Legs For Life® is a national screening program for peripheral arterial disease (PAD), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), carotid/stroke and venous disease. The program is a community health and public information program founded in 1997 by the Society of Interventional Radiology.

Registering Sites: Please note, Legs For Life is a Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) members-only, online-based program.

Once registered, a site representative will gain access (via username and password) to a customizable, downloadable PDF of the four forms for PAD, AAA, carotid/stroke and venous disease modules and all other related materials.

Purchased kits with already printed forms are no longer available.
