September Is National Peripheral Arterial Disease Awareness Month

Legs For Life® is a national screening program dedicated to improving the cardiovascular health of the community.

Legs For Life® is a national screening program for peripheral arterial disease (PAD), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), carotid/stroke and venous disease. The program is a community health and public information program founded in 1997 by the Society of Interventional Radiology. Legs For Life collaborating organizations include the American Diabetes Association, the American Radiological Nurses Association (ARNA), the Society for Vascular Nursing (SVN) and the Cardiovascular Radiology Council of the American Heart Association.

Registering Sites: Please note, Legs For Life is a Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) members-only, online-based program.

Once registered, a site representative will gain access (via username and password) to a customizable, downloadable PDF of the four forms for PAD, AAA, carotid/stroke and venous disease modules and all other related materials.

Purchased kits with already printed forms are no longer available.
